This is what purchasing a vehicle should always feel like. Long read, but well worth it. This year, we decided we had outgrown the CR-V and wanted something bigger for family road trips, vacations and just everyday use. I have always been a Honda owner, so we checked a few Honda dealerships to see the 2025 Honda Pilot, but both the vehicle and the sales experience were surprisingly off-putting. And this was at two different Honda dealerships, resulting in the same sour experience. So, I explored every vehicle in this market segment to what other options were available and found the Telluride to be near the top of this market segment and much more affordable than others for the features we wanted. From the moment I walked into Kia on Hunt Club, I knew this would be different. I was immediately greeted by Ali, who met me with a huge smile and offered to help with anything I needed. He wasn’t pushy at all, but after some casual talk, he intuitively asked the exact right question: “What brings me in today?” Ali went through features, broke down the trim levels and made it clear that Kia has come a long way, and that the Telluride was one of those vehicles that helped usher in a new era of Kias. Ali was great and very helpful; it never felt like he was chasing a sale. He stood by his products told me that I needed to test drive a Telluride to see if I liked it. A few days later, we returned and met another fantastic team member, Estevan, who helped us get out on the road and drive the Telluride. It was a night-and-day comparison to the Pilot. The Pilot drove like a small bus, and the valve cylinder shuts-offs made it clunky at dead stops and when starting up again. The Telluride drove like a smooth dream, with amazing features for a lower price point, and just felt like a better-quality vehicle. Estevan was amazing as well, he knew the Telluride inside and out, showcased features ,and let us get a real feel for the vehicle. We also got to meet more of the team at Kia, including Faddel the sales manager and Chris the general manager. Both were wonderful, and most importantly, both were honest and upfront during negotiations. Remember I said that the experience at Honda was off-putting? Well, two different Honda dealerships tried to lowball us on the trade-in value for the CR-V, which I didn’t feel was honest. But this wasn’t the case at Kia on Hunt Club. They gave us a fair value and then explained in good detail why they believed this was the value of our vehicle. Honesty and transparency are huge factors in my line of work, and I respected the way they approached this. We asked for a few days to think things over, and Chris and Estevan were great about it. They weren’t pushy or trying to close a deal quickly, which was refreshing. A few days later we came back and closed the deal with Estevan, and got to meet another amazing member of the team, Naz. Naz has a contagious smile and laugh that make you feel like he's an old friend you’ve just reconnected with after a long time apart. He joked around and had us laughing while going through paperwork. Lastly, when picking up our vehicle, we met Sam. Sam was like the friendly handshake that reassured us we made the right choice. Sam took the time to go through all the features of the vehicle, the infotainment system and even the lesser-known aspects about the Telluride. This vehicle was a significant upgrade from our 2013 CRV in terms of technology and safety, especially for our kids, and we appreciated the thoughtfulness Sam brought to our first Kia purchasing experience. This team - Ali, Estevan, Naz, Sam, Faddel and Chris was just that: a team. They worked so well together, they were always smiling with us, they joked around with each other, and you could tell they were genuinely happy. It’s sometimes rare to see this in today’s market, but it made a huge difference with our family. And at the end of the day, we got a great vehicle at a great price and felt valued for our trade-in, which, of course, made us very happy. Thank you to you all!

Bought a used Mazda 3 2024 from Estevan. Excellent service, car was cleaned and in exceptional quality, they made sure the gas tank was Full too! I made a mistake when I checked the trunk to see if there was a car jack. There wasn't, and Estevan immediately got me another one from another car withoht and questions. Five minutes later, I found out the jack was placed under a side panel instead of the trunk pannel, and we both laughed. He also did a follow-up call today to see if I was satisfied. I'll be back for more business in the future and will recommend it to friends and family.
